Light, fluffy gluten free waffles at your fingertips! Just add milk, eggs and butter for the perfect waffles, every time. Breakfast will never be the same!
INGREDIENTS: Whole Grain Sorghum Flour, Sugar, White Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Baking Powder, Buckwheat Flour, Natural Flavour, Flax Seed, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Locust Bean Gum.
Mixing and Baking Instructions:
Pancake Instructions:
- Preheat pan or griddle to Medium or High Heat (check owner’s manual for perfect temperature)
- Place ingredients in a bowl and combine until smooth.
- Let sit for 3 minutes to allow batter to thicken.
- Lightly grease or spray griddle. Pour batter onto griddle and wait until bubbles appear on top, then flip.
- Enjoy!
Makes approximately 12 / 4-inch or 10 cm pancakes.
Waffle Instructions:
- Preheat waffle iron (check owner’s manual for perfect temperature). for perfect temperature)
- Place ingredients in a bowl and combine until smooth.
- Let sit for 3 minutes to allow batter to thicken.
- Pour batter onto lightly greased waffle iron until most of iron is covered.
- Close lid and wait until steaming has stopped (approx. 6-8 minutes).
- Serve warm with butter and your favourite fruits and syrups.
Makes approximately 6-8 waffles.
