Just recently I put a shout out on Twitter asking for your best gluten-free tips and lovely Laura, the Gluten Free Traveller quickly replied with two pieces of advice.
The first of course was to read her blog. I can’t argue with that!
This was swiftly followed by another piece of canny thinking:
